Very sloppy game tonight, niether goaltender stood out, but Blazers goalie Flette probaly played his worst game of the year, or at least I hope it doesnt get any worse.
In the first period the Blazers had the edge in play, but did not generate much for scoring chances while Moose Jaw took full advantage scoring a powerplay goal from behind the net, by Holzapfel and then going up by 2 with a Flette give away scored by Bast,
In the second period it was domination by the Blazers with Jorgensen,Bartley,Nixon and Delaronde scoring to put the home team up 4-2
The third saw Moose Jaw come out strong shooting the puck from anywhere at the net and tieing the game up in the first few minutes with goals from Knackstedt and Isbister, from that point on the period was pretty even with both teams getting chances to win
Overtime was all Blazers ending on a goal by Jorgensen to send the fans home happy!

In the first period we put everything at his crest, in the second I am sure he would have liked a couple of goals back. his best period was probaly the third and ot were he did make some very good stops. if that was standout goaltending then he is not the goalie i have heard of him to be.

A Moose Jaw player that stood out was Jason Bast, man does that guy have speed, there was a few times he beat Blazers down the ice for the puck

Blazer callup Jimmy Bubnick got two assists in his first game, this kid played great all night, 15 years old and looks like the real deal
