Everett made one other roster move Wednesday, reassigning right wing Carter Smith to Yorkton of the Saskatchewan Junior Hockey League. The 18-year-old Smith, who arrived in the trade that brought defenseman Jesse Zetariuk last month, appeared in just four games for the Tips. He was designated an affiliated player, meaning Everett can still call him up later in the season.
The moves leave Everett with 23 players on its roster - 14 forwards, seven defensemen and two goaltenders.
