Expansion draft rules and protection guidlines?

Can you fill me on exactlly what they are for this expansion draft.

They havent released the exact details for the upcoming Oil Kings draft, but in the past, it has worked as follows.

Clubs are allowed to protect 15-16 players on their roster. It depends on how many players in which age groups they decide to protect. That includes their entire 50ppl.

Oil Kings can take one player per team, and will be allowed to carry a max of 5 overagers, instead of the normal 3.

1991 and 1992 players will be exempt (15/16 year olds) from the draft by the Oil Kings.

Teams can make trades with the Oil Kings to avoid the draft.

And no the protected lists are not released to the public.
