McEwan vs Hunt (02-03-07)

Now that fight is well worth the price to watch again on the WHL Archives.

IMO it has to be the best tilt this season.

From where I was sitting I can’t say for sure who came out of it the winner but the punches were fast & furious yeehoo from both sides

If anyone had ringside seats, please LMK how you scored this fight ...

They both started off throwing quick punches, but many of Hunt's punches did not even make it over McEwan's left shoulder. (McEwan may be small, but he had the reach advantage over an even smaller Hunt)

Then James caught Hunt by surprise when he quickly switched hands on him and began hitting him from the other side. Hunt backed off a bit and that led to a large amount of uppercuts coming up from underneath. They ended up regrouping and starting again, but the referees jumped in.

Bottom line, I give this one to James. No doubt.
