I was going to Put Gillies in overrated. But what alot of people fail to realize is that he's not a high draft prospect because of his scoring ability, he's a high draft prosept because of everything else. Size, speed, agility, checking, defensive game. once he developes a scoring touch he will be an elite player.

Forgive me for forgetting Lynch, i knew i left someone out in the tough man category. My bad. Also my bad on forgettin Sutter in the top pro prospect.

I think Calgary will have a solid team in a few years because alot of thier best players are 18. Some of them will play as 20s in the WHL. They also have Michael Stone, who looks to be a very good offensive D-man.

not to get away from the thread, but calgary's best forwards are covington, white, dupont, merkley, leblanc, and pettersen. all they get back is white, and he will be gone after next year. im personally not crazy about there forward depth, but alzner and plante will be good on d for 2 more years.
