All star right-winger Eric Fehr was a one man wrecking crew Sunday,
scoring three goals - his league leading 49th, 50th and 51st of the
season, becoming the first Wheat King in over twenty years to score back to
back 50-goal seasons. Kelly Glowa followed up a 59-goal season in
1981-82 with a 71-goal campaign in '82-83.
Fehr, who currently leads the WHL in scoring with 51 goals and 91
points is also trying to become the first Brandon player in 21 years to win
the league scoring title. Former Los Angeles King center Ray Ferraro
led the WHL with 192 points including 108 goals during the 1983-84
season.
