Silvertips Begin 2007 WHL Playoffs Friday, March 23
The 2006-2007 US Division and WHL Regular Season Champions, Everett Silvertips will battle the Spokane Chiefs in the 1st Round of the 2007 WHL Playoffs. The Silvertips will have home ice advantage in the series which will begin on Friday, March 23 at 7:35 p.m. at the Everett Events Center. This will be the second all time playoff match-up between the Silvertips and the Chiefs. In their last playoff meeting during the 2004 WHL Playoffs, the Silvertips defeated the Chiefs 4-0. During the 2006-2007 regular season series, the Silvertips recorded a 4-3-0-1 (SOL) record against Spokane. The 1st Round playoff series is listed as follows:
