WHL Web Tv

hey all, Im thinking about getting the Web tv but first before I get it..I was wondering if anyone here has it and what are your thoughts about it? Is the picture/quality any good? does it freeze up at all? worth the price?

biggest problem is that it varies from team to team, they dont use standardized cameras/equipment or broadband speeds. Can be very hit and miss.
