Its impossible to gauge I think, because I think Chad's greatest contribution to the team was in the room.

I don't see how it would have hurt us to still have him, but at the time he was released it was the right choice at the time.

as far as I know he's scouting in Alberta for the G-Men..

I think its too soon to bring Chad back as an assistant. not sure how he'd do and he was more of a leader as a teammate that played his role to a tee rather than leading or teaching.. imo.
