I would imagine ottman has been disapointed in ottman. I think he is a better player then his injuries let him be
true but i think by now he is taking a spot that could be filled by a better younger player. hopefully a change of scenery would be good.

physically and skating wise hewson isnt that slow. he just seems really inconsistant, and had his own injuries this year. i really liked him and leblanc paired together at the end of the season. and hewson had a good playoff this year.

well if u had the choice who u go with the slow player or the player with the injuries

I wouldn't rule out Dowhay or Palazzo being thrown into the list of players left unprotected.

who can really return to the raiders that actually has skills i think of 3 fowards robertson smith and depape

we dont loose any forwards but Hellyer plus have a chance to add a ton with the addition of guys like mike small ,steph vigier, james debrowski .and cole penner all guys who had very good years in AAA

im not disagreeing that the pats could be the class of the east.....but they loose alot also I would say the raiders should be 2nd or 3rd next year , but the year after is the year we will be the strongest

well the spot jurik filled is a 3-4th line grinder with some pk work. easily filled by a non import. zeliska id like to see back but the question is does he want to come back ? and im inclined to believe he may not want to return.

Just wait for Penner and Scherger to step in , You'll like what they can bring and next year that Aasman kid. He's one of the best skaters I've ever seen. A rushing Dman who can get back. PA got a steal there for an 8th pick oa. I think hes gonna be a better dman than Pysyk .He holds his composure, when he gets pissed off he turns it up. No stopping him , he just puts it in overdrive. He gonna quarterback the PP. just watch.

i havent seen penner play before what do you think he is capable of as a 16 yo ? i thought trach would get 12-15 goals 30-32 points maybe 80 pim this year. but it was a pretty dissapointing year this year for him.
what type of impact or numbers do you think he could put up ?

i think penner is great he was one of the best players for alberta at the canadian games. of course vigier was one of manitobas best too
what kinda realistic contribution would you say they could make next year ?
