I'll pick James Wright to score the winning goal... he's been playing real well and his last game was his best as a Giant...

The player I'd like to see score it and I'm sure the Giants would second this is #14 Craig "Richie" Cunningham. That would certainly be a memorable first ever goal wouldn't it?

Great respnse. I'm going to have to go with Bliznak, only so I can hear Don Taylor say that the goal was scored in Bliznakian fashion. punk rock

That would be my choice ultimately, but when he scores an average of 2 per year, it's difficult to envision Brett scoring the big one. He would be the most worthy choice, though. He has been an absolute rock all season and been an excellent captain. A real no-nonsense player who does everything asked of him. I marvel at his consistency and stamina. He has been the Giants best player from start to finish this year.

I agree with you, Champ, I just picked him because of all those reasons. He deserved the Cup tonight, GWG, or not....
