I originally posed this questions on the Kings board. Does anyone know if there will be any shifts in divisions, i.e. Kootney to BC, PG to Central etc. to make room for Edmonton

PG to central?

That won't happen. Maybe Kootenay back to B.C Division but that's it.

Swift is still in the east, Kootenay is still in the central.

12 teams in the east
10 in the west

Why would Kootenay want to travel all the way to Vancouver and Chilli when there longest trip in the Central would be Edmonton which I figure at about 6 hours. does not make economic sense or practical sense when you figure in travel fatigue
