Just wanna say Congrats to Kyle Bruce from the Idaho SteelHeads ECHL for winning the KELLY CUP. kyle had 5pts in 7 games (according to the site)

and Also to Luke Fritshaw and the RockFord IceHogs UHL for winning the COLOINAL CUP. Luke with Rockford had 30pts in 75 games.

FYI----- Rockford IceHogs Will no longer play in the UHL as they are going to move to the AHL and be the Blackhawks affiliate.

Good for Kyle...although I was a bit upset with him bolting back to the ECHL after going to the UBC T-Birds and then back to the ECHL. Birds could have used him this year in the playoffs especially.

Luke Fristshaw was picked up buy the Flint Generals after the disspersal draft.

The United Hockey League is now known as the International Hockey League.

With 4 teams folding in the U most of them heading to the Ahl or Ec they deciede on a name change
