Has anyone seen the new Dodge Nitro completely pimped Blades style? From what I could tell, it's a white Nitro but is fully covered by Blades decals, basically a skin on the whole truck.
I actually saw it twice today, once downtown and once leaving Credit Union Centre via the back road. I didn't get to see the sides of the vehicle well but the rear has a large photo of McCrae, the blades logo, hot 93 spot and a call for tickets plus the phone number.
I'm interested in seeing the entire truck (I have the same model and was looking for something to do to customize the outside).
I'm actually really interested in who gets to drive it. I couldn't see in the windows for all the images plastered over them.
If I ever get close enough again, I'm going to take a picture with my camera phone. It looks awesome.

Yeah, I seen it yesterday at cuc when I went to renew my season seats, it looks pretty damn fine! I wasn't even thinking I should have taken some pictures, but I am sure someone has and could post them. The new blades website, when it is done, should have some pics of it too. I like what I am seeing in the growth of the franchise, new website, nitro, computerized office management, billboards..... Its nice to see.

Ah man. Blades do all the cool stuff.

Giants are in a partnership with Honda. Coolest vehicle they have is the Ridgeline. Rest of the time it is a Honda Element decked out in Giants decals. Who in their right mind wants to drive a box??

If someone gets pics, I would be interested in seeing this "Blades-mobile".

Don't the Pats have a decked out Hummer with Pats decals all over it?

I do not know. That would be cool if they did.

I would like to see this thing,I am sure they will have pictures on the new website once it is complete.

Don't the Pats have a decked out Hummer with Pats decals all over it?That they do, they had it last season. It's a 2007 (or 2006 noit sure of the year) H3, Garth Murray and Josh Harding adorn the sides of the vehicle, as well as Pats' type graphics all over it.

Here's kind of a bad picture of the Pats' Hummer http://www.reginapats.com/gallery/1/5/131/RFL_8973.jpg

I love it - Abacus signs did all the ad work on it. I might have to take my Nitro in there to get some work done.

WOW they did an AMAZING JOB. I am very jealous but it would cost alot to do something like that to my little car. (I will do the best I can though)

It is good to see that the Blades are doing this type of thing and also it shows that they are constantly thinking of new ideas and I like that.

Me, I own one of those boxes!! totally water proof inside,(except for dash) best thing to take to the lake, no carpet all you do is fire up the leaf blower and open the back door and there you go all clean !!

They are not much to look at but I think this Blades one is fantastic. I honestly don't like the Nitros but when it is covered in Blades crap you have to love it.

I must say the NITRO was one of the most challenging wraps I have done. The big round fenders that recess into the body sides, total nightmare.

There are a few blemishes to repair yet and we have done the roof since these pics were taken.

Our sign shop sponsored the Blades Nitro Wrap and it would have been a retail price of $2800 for a wrap like the Nitro. You can also do partial wraps and stuff if anyone needs to set their vehicle apart from the rest.

I also do all the city bus wraps.

As far as being a Blades fan...........well I got very excited when they first approached us about this project. My pride went through the roof when I was finished. I bleeded lots of blue on this one.

Its a TEAM effort. The artist, the printer, the Blades marketing team, the fans. I just put it onto the truck.

I think its a great way to increase interest and excitement for WHL hockey. Just a small part of the hype thats being built.

Hey zapblam if I could ask you a few questions about wrapping/decals...

I have a blue Nitro and would love to put a large Blades logo or something on the rear side (similar to the logo on the Blades Nitro - partly covering the back window). Question though - my Nitro is leased, so would a wrap/decal be fairly easy to remove later and if so will removal cause any damage to the vehicle? Can you do a decal/small wrap just consisting of a large logo or does something more have to be done as well?

Anyway, any information you could give me would be fantastic. Thanks.

What would it cost do hav this done to my car?

to get that done to your car, my best guess would be that it would depend on how much your putting on and how complex it would be to put on your car.

i had the chance to be right up beside the nitro and it really does look great, had a talk with who ever was driving while it was filling up, nice jog zapblam!
