He should have gone a lot higher. He didn't get a fair shake in Red Deer and it hurt his draft. But he has time to prove himself.

I like this kid, and thought he was worth more and should have gone higher. He was a real boost when we acquired him. However I must admit I am woefully ignorant on how all this drafting business works. But for my nickel, he's a good player and I believe will have a good year if he meshes well with the new coach.
