Pats Set New Sask First Record
PATS SET NEW RECORD
The Regina Pats are proud to announce that they have set a new Saskatchewan Hockey Association record, as a total of 12 Pats prospects will be participating in the Sask First Program’s summer camp. The previous record of 9 was also held by the Pats, which was set during last year’s program.
The Sask First’s summer camp consists of the top 40 players from across the province in both the 1991-born and 1992-born age groups. The camp will take place in Wilcox, SK, July 10-14, where the players will undergo technical, physical and mental preparation for the upcoming season. The cam p also gives scouts from the SJHL and WHL a chance to evaluate the top prospects.
1991’s
Forward: Kenton Miller, Brett Miller and Garrett Mitchell
Defense: Koltyn Miller and Byron Sorenson
Goaltender: Spencer Laycock
1992’s
Forward: Dominic Favreau, Graham Hood, Andrew Rieder and Riley Storzuk
Goaltender: Derek Tendler and Austin Vargo
All 12 of the players representing the Pats are former WHL Bantam Draft selections of the Regina Pats.
