Teams needing a coach?

So, having been reading around, it seems there are at least three teams looking for new coaches.

kootenay
portland
kelowna

?? any more?

and if you feel like humoring me could you all explain where these coaches and assistant coaches are going to come from?

I honestly don't know how it works... after the dub they go to the AHL and then sometimes the NHL, but what about before?

Most coaches move up from Junior A, such as the BCHL (Kelher to Swift), AJHL or the SJHL. Much like the players developing and moving up. A lot of former dub players also return as assistant coaches (Rocky Thompson to Edmonton).
