I guess he couldn't meet earlier expectations that he would bring depth with his age. Rolheiser is definitely holding his own in the preseason. I would think he is giving Clark a good run. Pleasantly surprised at how this young team has performed without a number of their vets in the exhibition.

By re-asigning him, the Rebels keep him on the PPL to potentially be called back later in the season. Could it be that the Rebels have had an indication of another 20 year old returning to the team or was it Fuller's choice to leave?

If Watt, Starkov and Sutter all return, then Fuller is the odd man out by a country mile. Nothing that I saw from him in scrimmages or exhibition play really set him apart from any of the 15-19 year olds, so I am not so sure that he will return even if 1 or more of the above mentioned don't return.
