The Pats have reassigned Cotterill and Ketlo and released Insam.

Keeping Fraipont and MacDermott, surprises me. Both are 19 and it will not be a benefit to sit in the stands and only play every four games?

It makes me think that something is in the works. A D-man (Schira?) for a scorer maybe.

In all honesty I think the Pats kept both Fraipont and MacDermott due to their injuries (hand and concussion respectively). Looking at the roster the team has 9 d-men... 2 too many.
