Seating limited for Broncos home opener
The long awaited Swift Current Broncos home opener is set for Friday when the Broncos host the expansion Edmonton Oil Kings at 7:30 p.m.
Due to the continuation of the rink expansion there will be limited seating for the first seven Broncos home games. The total capacity (including standing room) at the Credit Union iplex will be 2,025 for the first few games, with a seating capacity of 1,876.
A total of 1,375 tickets have already been sold for the home opener and the Broncos are encouraging fans to call the Broncos Office in advance to secure their seat.
Attend the first Broncos game at the iplex for your chance to win up to $1,500 in the Innovation Credit Union Dash for Cash as well as other prize giveaways.
Arrive between 6-7 p.m. and get a burger and a drink for only $2.
Fans will also be treated to a special pre-game show; those in attendance will want to be in their seats a little bit earlier than normal to ensure they don't miss a second of the action. Pre-game/player introductions start at 7:20 p.m., while puck drop is at 7:35 p.m.
Tickets are available at the Broncos Souvenir Store located at the junction of the #4 bypass or by calling the Broncos Office at 773-1509.
"The fun begins at 6 p.m. with a toonie BBQ along with face painting and tattoos for the kids; there will be tons of prizes to be won so get your tickets!" commented Broncos Marketing and Sales Director Jordan Wall. "I encourage everyone to come out and enjoy this year's home opener. Be sure to be in your seats early!"
