(Didnt listen to the game, saw score. Pissed off rant, so be prepared to edit it a bunch there kevin)

Hey, how about that? Another off 3rd period...why, that never happens! God I cant stand it, there is always something wrong with the pats, isnt there? Whether its losing on the road consistantly, showing up when we feel like it, playing like a mem cup team one game, and like a bantam team the next (still do that), and now the new fad seems to be showing up for 2/3rds of the game and having a "smoke break" for the last period. I am really starting to question the teams leadership here. We constantly do this and it has bit us in the ass a few times, and it continues to happen. We need a guy like stoesz back, and elder isnt really filling his shoes as of now. He has had, what.... 1 fight this year? against the goat in PA? yeah thats it. Another garbage 19 year old. Speaking of garbage 19 year olds, as much as I have tried to like the kid, lind doesnt do diddly **** out there. Wont be back next year.

....continueing on, I find it is really hard to support this team when this sort of stuff seems to happen all the time. We get the feeling they are a talented group, and are a top team in the league, but then they go and do this just about once every 3 games. How are we supposed to know that they wont do this in the first round against a team like PA, or even if it ends up being MJ. We could have all that time that we used for rebuilding blow up in our faces because we cant play 60 minutes in a ****ing hockey game.

But on the bright side, Regina's "precious riders" are the exact opposite of a clutch team. They make us look like Mr. Reliable. Glad Im not a rider fan or I would have gone insane a long time ago.

*sigh* Well, all I can do is hope for the next game to be different, and perhaps we can get our top line going(switch Mac with Leffler, see what happens), and our defence(sit ross again?), which, overall, is really slacking off.

(Does anybody else feel this way, or is it just me spazing out?)

I watched most of the game online...I left with about three minutes to go, for a movie.

The teams both looked tired in the first two periods. Weak shots on goal, and really nothing astounding.

In the third period, for four minutes or so, the Warriors upped the tone, and the Pats didn't. All four of those goals were scored in just over four minutes. I dunno with Linden Rowatt. I think he should have stopped that first goal for sure...he seemed to see it all the way.

Anyway....just thought I'd add my observations..

LET'S GO SWIFTY!!!

The first two goals were deflections off two guys, the third and four were just soft shots. they were more like a pass not a shot. Rowatt just had bad luck.none of the goals were his falut really. I would say the fourth one is his own fault thats about it though. Pats dominated in the second. They were in Moose Jaw's end for most of the period.

He is starting to look better. Given the right boost, he could turn out good for us. He will take some time though. (you are talking about Valach, right?). He is good with the puck for a big guy, has a heavy shot, and despite how awkward he looks on the PP(I sometimes think he is a robot), he does pretty well. Looking better defensively every game too.

Over the offseason, I hope he can improve his speed, and with more experience, we might have a pretty good top 4 defenceman.

As for lind, I think he is running out of time. Unlike Valach, he is not showing much improvement. Pointless so far, takes dumb penalties, and though he has makes the occasional good play, he makes mistakes at the very worst of times. He isnt playing like a 19 year old should be in the dub, and I think we would be better off giving a guy like hanson ice time over him.

I think we should trade lind to lethbridge for boychuk and fadden. Stasiuk would probably throw in a pick with that package too, judging his decisions for this years overagers on the hurricanes this year. :D ;)

(realistically trade him some where out west for a 5th/6th pick).

^the guy's right...i was about four rows up from ice level, the first two goals..no way in hell Rowat had a chance...deflections off of every possible object, mainly our own players...the later two he had no help in front of him, as per usual at this time in the 3rd frame, nor do i think he saw either of the pucks till it was too late

we had a 4 minute power play early on in the game and did absolutely nothing on it..pretty much screwed us over right there-we need to take advantage of those opportunities

overall Perricone & the warriors worked for it more when it really mattered & never let up, the blue n white better take note
