Emergency Services Night


The Saskatoon Blades will be recognizing the Saskatoon City Police, the Saskatoon Fire and Protective Services, and the Saskatoon Emergency Medical Technicians department’s during the team’s upcoming Emergency Services Night on November 10th, 2007.
As a way of saying thank you, the club is offering discounted tickets to members, both active and retired, of all three units for this game.

The Blades will also be honouring Mr. Jerome Engele, a long time supporter of the team, by adding his name to the Blades builder’s banner. The banner, which hangs from the rafters at Credit Union Centre, currently includes: Jim Piggott, Jack McLeod, Nate Brodsky, and Daryl Lubiniecki.

In addition, the Blades will be wearing a onetime only theme jersey recognizing the three aforementioned units. The actual jersey to be worn at the game is shown in the banner image associated with this news story.

The limited edition jersey’s will be auctioned off throughout the evening and will be presented to the winning bidder’s at the end of the night!
