I was kind of surprised to hear that Bosch started this one. Listening to the Raiders broadcast it sounded like the Pats dominated for the first half and then in the 2nd half the Raiders took over. Maybe it was the 4 goal laed heading into the 3rd caused the Pats to take the foot off the gas, I dunno. I wonder if the teams have seen enough of each other yet... 5 games already.

The Regina Pats can do no wrong against the Prince Albert Raiders this season.
Regina picked up its fifth victory in five tries against P.A. on Friday night, leaving the Art Hauser Centre with a convincing 5-1 decision. The teams are to meet again tonight at the Brandt Centre.
The Pats have won five in a row overall, their longest winning streak in two seasons, while improving their East Division-leading record to 12-4-0-0. They also maintained a four-point lead over the second-place Swift Current Broncos, who snapped a three-game losing skid on Friday with a 5-4 win over the Red Deer Rebels.
Regina and the Tri-City Americans are tied for first overall in the WHL with 24 points apiece.
The Raiders suffered their seventh loss in eight games, falling to 4-10-2-0.
Captain Logan Pyett and Tim Kraus had one goal and one assist each to lead Regina. Jared Jagow, Josh Elder and Garrett Mitchell had the other goals. Troy Ofukany had two assists. Juraj Valach, Colten Teubert and Nick Ross added one helper apiece.
Ex-Pat Ryan McDonald replied for the Raiders, who also had a goal disallowed in the second period.
Pats goaltender Jeff Bosch, giving Linden Rowat a night off, stopped 33 shots. It was the rookie backup’s third straight win.
Raiders starter Dustin Butler allowed three goals on 14 shots in the first period before getting the hook. Steven Stanford went the rest of the way, making 21 saves.
Regina outshot Prince Albert 37-34, but the Raiders had a 27-23 edge in the final 40 minutes.
For the third straight game, Raiders assistant captain Jeff May was the only player on the team wearing a letter. Captain Ryan DePape and alternates McDonald (a former Pat) and Mike Gauthier were stripped of their letters last weekend for disciplinary reasons.
Gauthier was subsequently traded to the Kamloops Blazers for defenceman Ryan White and a fifth-round bantam pick.
EXTRAS: RW Brett Leffler missed his third straight game with a concussion. Getting the night off were C Matt Strueby, RW Cody Hanson and D Curtis Kulchar . . . The Raiders called up C Jorden Iron, 16, from the midget AAA Beardy’s Blackhawks . . . Regina went 1-for-6 on the power play. The Raiders were 0-for-9.
