The announced at the Dome tonight, with a full month to go before the game, that only 2500 seats remain for the Teddy Bear Toss game. That would put ticket sales just shy of 17,000 already.

I think we finally topple Portland, and claim the only WHL attendance record we don't already hold for this one. Should be one heck of a spectacle.

Email from the Hitmen today: Less than 400 tickets remain. That would put sales in the 18,900 range.

what would you do if the Hitmen didn't score? throw them on the ice at the end of the game?

Other teams have tossed the bears during the second intermission if they haven't scored by that point. I know we blanked Red Deer on their toss game a couple years ago, and that is how they handled it.

I can't see the Cougars shutting us out, though stranger things have happened.
