Word is he's injured, not sure the nature of the injury though.

For all the talk about Penner's upside, I wouldn't expect him to spend too much time in a Raiders uniform - if he even comes back next year. Hopefully for the Raiders he matures a bit between now and then.

I think he is refering to the fact that Ottman wasn't in the deal.
