Perhaps with Melville, he will find his game. I think he just needs to play a different role on a different level of hockey, which he will here. Perhaps if he picks it up, he will come back.

Good luck to Lind.

Lind just never really progressed. I understand where he is coming from, he went from a regular role guy to a scratch. For a 19 year old that is tough. Good luck with in the J.

I can't see them calling him up. Not when you can get a younger guy to fill that role (eg. Hanson, Miller, or Mulder).

Nothing on the Pats site or the millionaires site about the comings and going of LInd.

Check this out.... http://www.sjhl.ca/teamstats.aspx?season_id=5&team_id=41

Lind had 1 assist in his first game. He is wearing #12 for the Mils (he's 7th from the bottom of their layer stats).

EXTRAS: Lind, a healthy scratch on five occasions this season, is expected to join the SJHL's Melville Millionaires. The 19-year-old Saskatoon product had no points, 35 penalty minutes and a minus-six rating in 19 games. In 151 career games he had nine goals and 20 assists.

Ahh todays LP. Well hopefully he finds his game. Hard to be a 19 year sitting in the stands. Don't blame him for wanting ice time. Can the raiders give him more ice time though?

with him going to the SJHL, the Pats lose alot in the value dept of a trade.

He left by his own choice, the pats had nothing to do with it. We dont own his rights, and I doubt we would have thrown him away for nothing. He still has some value to other teams.

i've been disappointed by lind's play so far this year. last year i thought he was a decent role player and i thought he was very similar to justin scott. hope he does well in melville.

For anyone who remembers seeing Lind as a midget he took awhile to bloom there too - to the point where he almost got bounced from the Blazers in his first season there then was one of their top guns the next year.

Different league now and he has had plenty of time to figure it out, but I don't think it's fair to say the talent isn't there. I have a feeling a change of scenery will be good for him. All the best, Levi.
