a huge congrats goes out to riley holzapel and keaton ellerby this morning as they have both been invite to the canadian junior selection camp.. no surprise with holzy but ellerby shocked me some, but hey im giving this kid the benifit of the doubt , its not like he has hurt himself nor the team here since being traded and our team defense has gotten better with allowing less then 30 shots a game, which is remarkable.. i hope he sees what its like to play at the next level and comes back to the jaw with a chip on his shoulder.. still hoping for a wonderful and exciting second half to the season in the jaw..

I don't know why everyone rags on Ellerby so much. He's been a solid member of the team since arriving. Remember, points aren't everything. He's big and can really play the puck.

That Ellerby for Calla trade would be like the Blades trading McCrae for Ellerby i guess i would have done that deal too if i were the Blades he's a good one there
