TONIGHT’S GAME: Tonight will be the lone meeting between the Portland Winter Hawks and the Swift Current Broncos this season…The Broncos were successful in the only meeting last season shutting out the Winter Hawks 3-0 in Swift Current.

Travis Yonkman stopped all 24 Winter Hawks shots in the contest…The Broncos currently sit in 3rd place in the East Division, 2 points behind the Brandon Wheat Kings and 3 points behind the Regina Pats…The Club's next action is tomorrow night when they travel to Seattle to wrap up their road swing.

LAST GAME: The Swift Current Broncos improved their record to two wins and two losses on their nine-day, six-game West Coast road trip with a 3-1 win over the Everett Silvertips on Wednesday night…Erik Felde and Zack Smith both picked up a goal and an assist in the victory, while Jan Dalecky added the other Broncos goal...Ian Curtis made 25 saves in net for the win…The Broncos outshot the Silvertips 30-26 in the contest…Swift Current went 2 for 6 on the powerplay, while Everett failed to score on 4 man advantage chances…With the win the Broncos improve their record to 18-12-0-5 with 41 points.
