PATS’ DONATE $14,000 TO REACH TO RECOVRY FUND

Regina, Saskatchewan - The Regina Pats are proud to announce that Friday, December 14th when the Moose Jaw Warriors visited the Brandt Centre the Pats organization made a donation to very worthy cause. The Pats were able to donate $14,000.00 to Canadian Cancer Society Reach To Recovery (R2R) Fund.

During the month of October, which was “Breast Cancer Awareness Month”, the Regina Pats were able to raise money, through various initiatives, to donate to the Canadian Cancer Society. The Pats initiatives included selling limited edition pink Pats hats at the Neutral Zone and Southland Mall, auctioning off game-used pink Pats jerseys, and taking $1 from every walk-up ticket purchased for the Pats game on Saturday, October 27th. Through all those initiatives and more, the Pats were able to raise a total of $14,000.00.

The Regina Pats organization would like to thank all their fans and supporters for helping contribute to the cause, and for helping make this initiative a success.

The Regina Pats will finish their 1st half of the season tomorrow night in Moose Jaw; game time at the Civic Centre is 7:00pm.
