Riders and the Grey Cup Make a Stop in Swift Current

Jan 15 - The Swift Current Broncos are pleased to announce that the 2007 Grey Cup Champion Saskatchewan Roughriders will be at their January 25th Western Hockey League game against the Kelowna Rockets, along with the Grey Cup!
Mike McCullough, Marcus Crandell, Anton McKenzie and Nathan Hoffart are all expected to attend the Broncos game. The Riders and the Grey Cup will be in the Innovation i-plex lobby between 6:00 – 7:15 pm, as well as in the 1st intermission. The front doors will be open at 6:00pm, half an hour earlier than usual to allow fans to get autographs and have their picture taken with the Grey Cup. Be sure to bring your memorabilia and your camera. The Riders and the Cup will perform the ceremonial face off at 7:30 pm.

"This night will be a unique opportunity for our fans to see the Grey Cup in person as well as a few members of the Roughriders”, commented Jordan Wall, Broncos Director of Marketing. “Swift Current and the province of Saskatchewan has supported Riders' football through thick and thin and now they will have a chance to see the ultimate prize in Canadian Football in person."
