TONIGHT’S GAME: Tonight will be final regular season matchup between the Swift Current Broncos and Regina Pats…The Broncos hold a 3-2 series edge thus far…The Broncos won game two 5-1 on Oct. 30th, game three 2-1 on Jan. 1st and game four 2-1 Jan. 6th, while the Pats took game one by a score of 5-2 on Oct.24th and game five 4-2 on Jan. 12th.

LAST GAME: The Broncos knocked off one of the hottest Teams in the WHL last night with a 4-0 victory over the Kelowna Rockets…Cody Eakin and Justin Dowling lead the Broncos offensively both picking up a goal and an assist…The Broncos also received goals from Geordie Wudrick and Matt Tassone, while Jesse Dudas recorded a pair of assists…Goaltender Mark Guggenberger picked up the shutout in his Broncos debut, stopping all 30 Kelowna shots…The Club finished 0 for 4 on the man advantage, while the Rockets went 0 for 11…The win keeps the Broncos in 8th place in the Eastern Conference, 5 points back of Brandon, Moose Jaw and Medicine Hat.








NUMBERS: Captain Zack Smith (18 G, 31 A) continues to lead the Broncos in the points department with 49…Matt Tassone has picked up 5 points in his last 2 games (3 G, 2 A).
