I see Bowman, Wahl and Johnson all got invites to the US Junior Camp. This after the absolute idiocy of passing over Bowman last year. Maybe they are finally realizing that a good percentage of the best US players now play in the CHL.

Glad to see Bowman got the invite. While it was nice to have him passed over last year so he didn't miss any Chiefs games, he deserves to play for the United States in the World Juniors. Hopefully Wahl and Johnson impress enough to make the team as well!

Bowman is almost a shoo-in to make the team. If he doesn't; there is certainly some kind of prejudice against him. Wahl - being his linemate - should get a good, long look as well, but I wouldn't be surprised if we see him not make the team. Have to think Johnson is a long shot this year; however team USA does like it's smaller players.
