Well deserved for Peters....What he has done in his 3 years going from the worst team in the WHL to the Big Red Machine is amazing. What are the age cutoffs for this tournament?

Well deserved for Peters....What he has done in his 3 years going from the worst team in the WHL to the Big Red Machine is amazing. What are the age cutoffs for this tournament?If I'm not mistaken 16 and 17 year old players as of the 2008-09 season. Players under 18.
