Contingent of Broncos Heading to NHL Training Camps

The Swift Current Broncos will have 9 current players and 2 graduated players attending NHL training camps this year.


Zack Smith, Levi Nelson, Dale Weise, Jesse Dudas, Keegan Dansereau, Ryan Molle, Matt Tassone. Eric Doyle, Geordie Wudrick, Michael Wilson and Erik Felde are all off to NHL camps over the next week.

NHL signed draft picks Zack Smith and Levi Nelson will be at Ottawa’s and Boston’s camps respectively. Smith and Nelson, both 20 years old, are expected to play pro hockey this season.

Drafted Broncos off to NHL teams are: Ryan Molle (New Jersey), Geordie Wudrick (Los Angeles), Dale Weise (New York Rangers) and Matt Tassone (Dallas).

Heading on Free Agent Tryouts are: Eric Doyle (Minnesota), Keegan Dansereau (Columbus) and Jesse Dudas (Edmonton).

Broncos’ grads Michael Wilson and Erik Felde will look to further their pro chances with NHL Free Agent tryouts. Wilson will attend San Jose’s camp while Felde will be at Columbus’s camp.
