He's looking forward to the challenge in his first trip overseas to represent Canada.

Broncos assistant coach, Dave Hunchak, leaves for Toronto today to prepare for the World Under 18 Championships set for the Czech Republic.

Hunchak will serve as an assistant/video coach for the team which will play two exhibition games in Switzerland, before moving to the Czech Republic for the tournamant which begins April 14th against Germany.

Hunchak has never been overseas and he admits it will be a huge learning experience.

The players will be named to the team tomorrow.

Good for Dave. Helping coach Team Canada under 18 will be an experiance for him. Wonder if Crosby and Brule will play?

No Brule, Crosby is still in the playoffs, and McArdle is hurt. With that said it should be a good team, and a great expereince for Dave. He is going to be a better coach by going, and that makes the Broncos a better team in the future.
