Canes Music

If anyone could tell me what the Canes music was at the eastern conference championship game when the canes scored. I'm pretty sure there were two songs, they were also used at the end of the game.

It would be greatly appreciated if someone could tell me the artist/song title.

I know that one of the songs goes like this na na hey hey goodbye..........but i'm still wondering how the other one goes if anyone can tell me it would be great.......there are lots of other ones but this one and another one were used when the canes scored during the Eastern Conference Camp. game.
