Unless you have been living under a rock for the past couple of months, or have been going to way too many rider games, you would probably know about the whole goalie situation the pats have, and more recently the Doucet release. Parker has said that a move(probably two) is imminent, but obviously that has apparently been the case for awhile now. The declined value of goaltenders is probably a big reason why he hasnt done anything yet, though the goalie value probably went up since Spence went to the OHL...one less guy on the market.

But, to the point, there are like 6-7 teams in need of experienced goaltenders. Barring any changes, like a three way trade kind of thing, which teams would you want Parker to trade with, and which player(s) (realistically speaking) would you like to see some in return? So in other words, name a player or two that might be on your wishlist for a reasonable price. Try being the arm chair GM while the real one makes up his mind. Any of the three goalies, and probably Doucet are going to go eventually, but I wouldnt label alot of players as being necessarily safe either aside from the obvious ones.

I could see Seattle being good trading partners, as goaltending is their one glaring weakness. They got alot of assets to choose from on Offence, and losing one of their forwards isnt going to hurt them too much. If we traded with Seattle, it would mean that Rowat would be the one to go through...probably for a top 6 forward(Rai, Richard, or Scott if we pay more) and a pick depending on the player.

Acolatse is an interesting player but probably isnt going anywhere even when considering his slow start.

...what do you guys think though?
