Hitmen win their 6th straight game tonight with a 5-2 win over the Tigers. I didn't listen to the game at all tonight as I went the Rebels game, which was a snoozer, neverless I kinda thought the Hitmen might drop this game but its great to see them continue their winning ways. It would be great if some Tiger fans or Hitmen fans who were there tonight could give us a recap.

I was at the game, and I must say, I have seen the Tigers and Hitmen play twice( once in Cowtown, once here) and both times I have been very impressed with how well the Hitmen play as a team. The forwards are playing without fear, the defense is probably the best I have seen in the WHL this season, and Jones played lights out last night. I strongly believe that the Hitmen will be a contender this year, a supposed rebuilding year for the club. Just a question, but do any Hitties fans think the coaching change has something to do with the team's great start?

I would say coaching plays a role in how good the Hitmen appear to be. They are very aggressive this year and their coverage in their own zone is very good which is probably a result of coaching.
