Holmgren was asked if 18 year old defensemen Luca sbisa would be sent to junior. Holmgren said It seems likely that Sbisa will stay with the Flyers all season. Coach John Stevens called him once again one of the teams best players and used in critical , late-game situations . However, there was also some good news as of October 17, 2008 Jones a veteran d-mans was moved up to 7 to 9 weeks from the original 12 to 16 with his hip injury. Once again today in the Flyers overtime win he saw 19:56 minutes of game play . With 4 minutes of penalties 2 of which were for roughing when he mixed it up a little with Giota of the Devil .
