Swift Current Broncos General Manager Dean Chynoweth announced that the club has acquired 19 year old defenseman John Negrin and 19 year old forward Michael Stickland from the Kootenay Ice in exchange for: 16 year old forward Christian Magnus, 17 year old defenseman James Martin and the Broncos 2nd and 4th round bantam picks in 2010.

We got some youth coming up to replace Martin (taylor Ernst and Reece Scarlett) and Christian Magnus (Michael Hay among others)...I've always likes Magnus' play though.
