man who does these schedule? that shouldn't be allowed for any team out there, oh well, we get the hat first at least!

That's rough on any team!!
As road games go;
We had 3 in 3 in nov, at Leth, MH and Cal.
3 in 4 at MJ, Sask and Reg.
Have 4 in 5 at end of jan, RD, Edm, Koot, Cal.
Then another 3 in 4 in feb, PA, SC, MH

3 in 3 is quite common in the WHL. The GM's do the schedule at a scheduling meeting. Most teams actually travel as well as playing 3 in 3.

Wouldn't it be nice if the Blades could come out with 3 wins this weekend? They started off pretty well with a 5-0 beating of the Tigers. I would also think that Morrison will play one game this weekend.

Another win on the road for you guys tonight. You are making it tough on us! we've gone what.. 11-0-2 in the last 13 and don't appear to have made up much ground!

also just back to the OP, the GMs probably prefer to do the 3 in 3 as it can keep down on their travel costs. May not seem like much, but if you do 3 in 3s you don't have to pay the extra night for hotels, food and whatever else, and the players don't miss as much school.

the wheaties have been playing well, but are still 8 points back. brandon'll use one of their games in hand on tuesday against swifty. depending on how that goes, the wednesday game with saskatoon could be to put brandon 10 points back.

the cliche four point games tue and wed for brandon could be huge. brandon wins both they're only four points back with a game in hand. lose both and the wheaties will be ten points back with only a little over 20 games left to play.
