Most Valuable Player: Tochkin

Best Forward: Tochkin

Best Defensive Forward: Jesse Burt (Dailey has been VERY dissapointing the past 10 games or so - last night his lack of hustle cost the team 2 goals).

Best Defenceman: We don't have one...seriously...none of them are playing well.

Best offensive Defenceman: Ellington

Best Agitator: Burt

Most Improved Player (from last year to now): DeLaLande

Most Improved Player (start of season to now): Froese

Best Shot: We really don't have anyone in the "Gendur/Mueller" shot ability. IF I had to pick I'd say Ellington

Best set up guy: Maxwell

Best Faceoff Man: ugh

Best Rookie: Maxwell

Most Exciting Player to Watch: Froese

Most Surprising Player: Iwanski - pleaseantly surprised

Most Disappointing Player: Alexander....again - he stinks. He's the worst "veteran" d-man in the league. I was ecstatic when we traded him. The best thing that could have happened to the Hurricanes is that he didn't stick there (for whatever reason - or whoever you believe).

Toughest Player: Burt

Best Fighter: Abney

Best Hitter/Body-checker: Bauer

Fan Favorite: Heemskerk

Best Shot At The NHL: Of the current Veterans, I would say NONE...of the youngsters, I would say Tochkin or Simpson.

Best Prospect: Tochkin/Simpson

Biggest Disappointment This Year (overall): The defense...lead by Potuer, Ellington and Alexander. Very dissapointed in those three.
