Awesome for both of them

Thats awesome, I esspecially feel happy for Glennie, it seems like when he first came here everyone said he was just benefiting from playing with Schenn, when in reality they were complimenting each other. To me Glennie is every bit as important to this team as Schenn is and had he not broken his elbow, I could have seen him moving up higher on the chart, but who knows, with a good effort in the playoffs he could still do that.

Schenn is an awesome player. He is at this point helping to drive up Stone's positioning for next years draft and that not to take anything away from Glennie.

they are both over rated!! just like every other Brandon player that gets drafted high in the NHL and bomb once they get to the big leagues! I wouldn't waste my pick on one of those guys. They are high second rounders, but not first

Somebody is a bit nervous aren't they? You wish the Blades had a player with half the skill Schenn or Glennie has.

Not really! why would I want a one line team? I am not saying they are not good, but look at the past history of Brandon players! you have had lots of good WHLer's but they have done nothing in the NHL! so I wouldn't waste my pick on any of them. It will be a good 3 game series, but all we have to do is shut down Schenn line and we win! it's a proven fact

The only proven fact is that you are an IDIOT, Brandon is a 4 line team

10 Brayden Schenn C 60 28 50 78 +26 62 8 3 1.30 1.03
24 Jay Fehr C 58 27 47 74 +33 35 8 0 1.28 0.60
27 Andrew Clark LW 62 36 35 71 +17 26 10 6 1.15 0.42
21 Matt Lowry C 61 13 57 70 +17 71 5 1 1.15 1.16
15 Scott Glennie C 52 27 39 66 +22 23 9 2 1.27 0.44
11 Matt Calvert LW 48 23 34 57 +16 54 9 1 1.19 1.12
19 Nathan Green C 62 20 28 48 -6 42 8 0 0.77 0.68
4 Colby Robak D 55 12 27 39 +23 39 8 0 0.71 0.71
* 20 Aaron Lewadniuk RW 53 10 25 35 +5 59 1 0 0.66 1.11
* 16 Mark Stone RW 46 15 16 31 -1 23 6 0 0.67 0.50
6 Keith Aulie D 53 6 25 31 +15 81

That shows Brandon has 3 awesome scoring lines, and the Clark/Lowry/Fehr line is probably better than the Schenn line anyway. And who says Brandon doesn't produce awesome NHL players? Look at Brad McCrimmon, he played in the Canada Cup, Wade Redden he played in the Olympics and a World Cup, same goes for Brian Propp he had over 1000 NHL points and played in a few Canada Cups. What good players have the Blades produced? Wendel Clark? who else? Next time you try to pick a fight do some research cause you are looking border-line retarded here...

So you're saying that with Schenn and Glennie, you'd have a one line team? Does that mean you have no offense from any lines? And you prefer that?

I am not saying they are not good, but look at the past history of Brandon players! you have had lots of good WHLer's but they have done nothing in the NHL! so I wouldn't waste my pick on any of them.
While ridiculously untrue, what does it matter what past players have done?

I'll type slowly for you....Schenn's line is our 2nd line, so if you shut them down, then you have to deal with the top line of Lowry, Clark & Fehr. And our 3rd line of Green, Cowan and Lewadniuk has 41 goals this season. All of this without including Glennie.
There's no doubt that the Blades are also having a great season, and are likely to finish above us in the standings, a 7 game series between us for the conference would be a great series.
But you let yourself down with comments stating that Schenn is a 2nd round talent, come on man, he's from saskatoon and he deserves better from you than that. And if you've watched any of the games this year, you know that Clark's line is our #1 line.
You're comments indicate you're either trolling, blind or a 5 year old, come on, you're better than any of those aren't you?

Lets hope her blades do just concentrate on Schenn's line, then Clarky and Green's line will have some space.
Personally, this guy (me!!) thinks the Blades will claim top spot in our division, but I hope we get to play the blades for the conference final!!!

Too bad none of those "good players" translate into anything but missing the playoffs and 1st round exits.

I find it funny that the clowns from SK like to rub the one decent year they are having in on a team that is perenially a 40 game winner, and is only 4 pts back on them with a game in hand and 3 games left against each other this year.

I'll admit that the quality of a couple of the Blades alumni have been more impressive this season, but your knowledge of any team outside of the Blades is quite low. We roll 3 scoring lines with 1 checking line, Brandon fans have more class than majority of the Blade fans, and we've been more successful than the Blades and don't have to stoop to your level once we have a good season. If you were to compare the greatest Blade players against the greatest Wheat King players of all-time, it wouldn't even be a contest. Time to grow up and quit being a E-thug because the difference between you and us is the fact that after the two games head to head against you guys, if we won, we wouldn't gloat, whereas if you won, we'd be sure to hear about it; that's the difference in class. We'd give credit where credit is due and you'd just embarrass the Blade population with your vocal diarrhea.
