The Hitmen will play their final regular season home game tonight vs the Rockets. It is fan appreciation night at the Dome and as of yesterday there were over 15000 tickets sold for the game. With a win, the Hitmen can tie a league record with 33 home wins. The Rockets are a solid team who has lost to some crappy teams the past couple of weeks including falling 3-2 to the Rebels last night. The game is on the radio if you cannot get a ticket. GO HITMEN!

Well the winning streak is over, and the Hitmen only win 32 games at home this season. The Rockets are a physical team and Mark Guggenberger stole this game for the Rockets. Kozun's 16 game point also comes to an end. 5 games over the next or so to wrap up the season.

the two kelowna rocket goals were shots that Marty normally would have stopped. The bowman goal from the point was terrible.

the rockets owned the hitmen in the faceoff circle, its difficult to get the powerplay setup when your losing draws in the offensive zone.

Kelowna took away any time and space the hitmen had. they smothered Joel Broda.

Classy move by the hitmen, saluting the fans at centre ice following the game. ;)
