Can anyone explain the amount and distrubution of funds to the CHL clubs from the NHL for player developement? It's something that I have been curious about for some time.
Are successful clubs compensated differently for their delivery of higher end talent than less successful clubs?
Do first rounders provide their junior club with a larger distribution of funds?
The NHL funds can't possibly be spread equally to all clubs are they?
