Andrew Walker (http://bigdrivesports.blogspot.com/2009/03/thursday-update-draft-pick.html) has started up the rumor mill this morning with a post speculating that New Jersey Devils' first round pick Mattias Tedenby could be a target for the Rebels this off season.

He has played the last 2 seasons in the Swedish Elite League.

Obvioulsy the Brent Sutter/New Jersey Devils connection adds fuel to this rumor, but if Sutter returns to the Rebels next season and leaves NJ, is this case still likely?

Heheh, Red Celtic and RDReb and probably some others will tell you that I forecasted this one months ago. I think it is something that isn't that unrealistic--if Brent Sutter has any future plans in New Jersey that is.
