And congrats on the following players on great seasons and being nominated for a league award:

WHL Defenceman of the Year, Bill Hunter Memorial Trophy: Paul Postma, Calgary Hitmen
WHL Executive of the Year, Lloyd Saunders Memorial Trophy: Kelly Kisio, Calgary Hitmen

I am curious on where Dave Lowry is for the coach of the year? No offence to Lorne Molleken and the Blades but Lowry is one of the biggest reasons why the Hitmen have had success this year.

The Calgary Hitmen were expected to be the top team in the eastern conference and probably in the WHL as well. The Blades weren't expected to be even close to the top but Molleken got the team playing a certain that allowed them to win and win often. You don't see any Broda's, Ennis's or Benn's on the Blades, just a bunch of guys working together. Look how many 20 goal scorers they had this year. The whole team pretty much contributed.

My guess thats why Molleken got chosen ahead of Lowry who could've easily been named the eastern conference coach of the year.

Sorry but the Hitmen were suppose to be in more of a rebuild mode. Not at the bottom or top but somewhere in the middle.
