The St. John's Maple Leafs of the A.H.L. handed out their awards while i was in Toronto. Former Bronco Ian White took home the Rogers Cable Rookie of the year award and the Moslon Plus/Minus awards. Ben Ondrus a former Bronco took home Sportmanship and Dedication award for the St.John's Maple Leafs. Congrats to both players.
Remember former Bronco tough guy Colton Orr? Orr toiled with Bostons A.H.L. affiliate Providence Bruins last season. In 61 games Colton was minus 6, scoring 1 goal and assisting on 6 others. The Boston Bruins scouting report have Colton as a top 20 prospect, not for his scoring prowness but his toughness. In those 61 games, Orr had 279 pim. and did what he had to do to protect his team mates.
