Join the Silvertips on Twitter and Facebook

Everett, WA - The Silvertips are asking fans to join the club online through social networking websites in Facebook and Twitter.
Twitter, accessed at www.twitter.com, is a service for friends, family and acquaintances to communicate and stay connected through the exchange of short blurbs and status updates. Recently, we've been posting never-before-seen photos of Silvertips prospects, while we also plan on broadcasting breaking news, community appearances, details on NorthSound 1380 interviews, giveaways and behind-the-scenes information via twitter updates, or "tweets". We also plan on several players joining us on Twitter to provide status updates and let everyone know what they're doing.
After creating a free account on Twitter, fans can link to the Silvertips' page, titled WHLsilvertips.
On Facebook, accessed at www.facebook.com, fans are encouraged to join the "Official Everett Silvertips" Facebook group, where they'll be able to connect with other fans, post messages and generate discussions, and continue to receive Silvertips multimedia and news updates.
We thank everyone who joined us on Twitter during the WHL Bantam Draft, and hope that fans encourage their friends to join and receive updates that may not be found anywhere else!
