While it is rough that they didn't get drafted, I am really liking our overage situation for next season. We have a few 19 year olds in Mappin and Coetzee that are skilled enough to be getting invites to NHL camps. Add to that Kuemper, who as a goaltender has a chance to play here as an overage player also, and we could have some decisions to make next year! When was the last time that all of our overage players were all developed by us, and not just offseason pickups as 19 year olds or 20 year olds?

Developing our own 20 year olds came in pretty handy in the Mem cup year (Vandermeer, Francon, Wallin/Ondrik?).
